Produk dari perusahaan ini telah tersebar dan sudah familiar ke semua lapisan masyarakat dan tersedia di Hypermarket, alfamaret,indomaret dan masiuh banyak lagi.

HRD Staff (Code: HRS)

Requirement

1. Male/female max 35 years old
2. Minimum bachelor’s degree from Psychology.
3. Possess good ability in recruitment process and psychological test administration.
4. Analytical thinker and able to make test interpretation.
5. At least 1 years experiences in the same field (fresh graduate welcome to apply)
6. Willing to be placed at Sayung, Demak.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensure teams follow the correct procedures and policies requirements across project phase.
2. Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration.
3. Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems.
4. Ensure standard operating procedures and project guidelines are in line.
5. Planning, budgeting and reporting on projects

Technique Manager (Code: TM)

Requirement

1. Male, max 35 years old
2. Minimum diploma or bachelor degree from electrical/electronical engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent.
3. Possess good ability and knowledge about electrical installation.
4. Possess good leadership skill.
5. At least 3 years experiences in the same field.
6. Willing to be placed at Sayung, Demak.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

2. Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development, and systems integration.
3. Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems.

Requirement

1. Female, max 35 years old
2. Minimum bachelor degree from electro/mechanical Engineering, Food technology, or equivalent.
3. Minimum 1 year experience in the same field (fresh graduate welcome to apply).
4. Possess excellent leadership skill.
5. Willing to work on shift.
6. Willing to be placed at Sayung, Demak.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Handling all production process based on SOP.
2. Mentoring all production process
3. Managing human resource in team.
4. Manufacture strategi to gain goal target.
