Finance & Accounting Staff
The ideal profile of candidates are as follow:

•     Male / Female, max. 32 years old
•     Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance with GPA 3.00
•     Having experience in Accounting and Finance min. 4-5 years.
•     Understand about tax
•     Conscientious, honest , deft, responsible  and can work independently
•     Willing to work under pressure
•     Willing to work with a dead line
•     Understand the English Language both written and spoken

HR Documentation Specialist
Requirements:

•     Male / Female
•     Bachelor Degree in any major with GPA min. 3.00
•     Excellence communication in English
•     Having related experience min. 2 years
•     Having good knowledge in Permitting Process

Responsibilities:

• Delivering value to the clients by providing knowledge, ideas and solutions to their immigration and manpower related services
• Understand basic immigration and manpower processing categories and requirements for each categories and do the process based on procedures
•  Build good relationship with government authorities
• Willing to work outside office and go to immigration or manpower office as required.
• Prepare all documents required for Formalities Process and ensure that all formal documents are prepared and available in a timely manner
• Monitoring Formalities and Permits process
• Maintain records and files

Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager.

•     Project manager or project lead with about 3-5 years of project management experience
•     A Total of about 8 to 10 years of IT experience
•     At least 2 years of working in a vendor environment
•     Preferably with process industry background / knowledge
•     Knowledge in application software development lifecycle
•     People management skills
•     Ability to discuss with senior management executives of the customer
•     Good English Language skills
•     Knowledge on usage of MS Project or equivalent software
•     To undertake effective management of project delivery to assigned customers and to leverage opportunities for BIT to grow the business within those accounts.
•     Team orientation and a team player
•     Ability to handle Change Management, Vendor Management and Communication management.
•     Ability to handle escalation within BIT and within the customer environment
•     Career development for self and the team
•     Project health check and status reporting
•     Strict adherence to BIT’s processes and Best practices
•     Ability to lead best practice consultant for chosen area(s)
•     Ability to develop, communicate and implement new processes as and when needed.
•     Ability to guide and motivate individuals
