HEAD OF LOGISTICS

Job Accountabilities

1. Optimize Supply Chain Cost to serve - Transportation & Warehousing Cost. Work with all stakeholders  in developing a robust warehousing & transportation process , performance management system
2. Developing a cost effective distribution resource planning business process which enables deploying inventory to various stock locations , customers and achieve the goal of OTIF
3. Responsible for overall management of plant warehouse and distribution center. Accountable for tire hygiene, cleanliness . Accountable for establishing a process around FIFO, perputual stock count . Ensure appropriate stock management policies , complying with accounting and financial rules.
4. Responsible for improvement of customer satisfaction scores around ordering & delivery .Also have to have clear understanding on Company revenue recognition policies .

Job Requirement

1. Education and/or experience equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / related.
2. Minimum 5 years experience in logistics & warehouse for Manufacturing industry
3. Minimum 4 years experience in Managerial level
4. Acknowledgement and experience in using SAP will be an advantage
5. Experience with Six Sigma or other methodical process improvement methodology is preferred
6. Strong leadership and communication skill
7. Sharp analytical skill, positive outlook and enthusiastic
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
9. Excellent English both oral and written

SALES EXECUTIVE

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• To plan and implement sales activities in tire stores in order to achieve agreed sales volume, pricing and selling cost objectives by implementing consistently the overall sales strategy.

Job Requirement

1. University graduated from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
2. At least 2 years previous experience in sales area, experience in
3. Heavy Equipment
4. Excellent in both interpersonal & communication skills
5. Good presentation skill
6. Willing to travel and to be relocated (if required)
7. Hard worker and a team player
8. Highly motivated and proactive
9. Computer literate (Microsoft Office is a must)
10. Automotive or Industry will be an advantage

SR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Develops plans, coordinates and directs the engineering work for a major project, or several smaller, but complex projects, or for the designwithin a specific discipline. This will include work assignments,staffing, scheduling and review.
2. Develops new or improved techniques or procedures for application inunique
3. Engineering problems.
4. Maintains engineering records, lists and reports as required to ensurecompliance with the operation's schedule, adherence to the budget,adherence to procurement specification, or to ensure engineering problemsare monitored and
5. resolved.
6. To monitor the performance of designs contractors and suggest remedialactions related to electrical design

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree from Electrical Engineering discipline
2. Having more than 7 years related experiences
3. Must possess superior engineering skills and be capable of interacting with all engineering disciplines.
4. Knowledge of electrical component and PCB fabrication techniques and technical standards. Familiar with Rockwell Automation and Allan Bradley System.
5. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and specifications: functionality, power, timing, package dimensions Effective planning, organizing, delegating, and time management skills.
6. Good knowledge of Manufacturing Process
7. Computer Literate is a must
8. Good in English, both verbal and writing

RETAIL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Accountability :

1. Responsible to design store layout base on the minimum standard of Goodyear Auto Care
2. Suggest alternative to make it more economically sound
3. Actively prepare for renovation to meet deadline of the opening day

Job Requirement :

1. Bachelor Degree in related discipline from reputable university, Master Degree in Marketing is an advantage
2. Having 5 years experience in retail sales and marketing background and at least 2 years previous experiences in managerial level
3. Good business acumen
4. Resulted oriented and costumer focused
5. Excellent interpersonal communication with strong leadership skill
6. Good command in English, both oral and written
7. Computer literate

Sr. MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Provide mechanical design, technical analysis and resolution of engineering problems
2. Must determine costs of development, environmental effects of the product, and troubleshoot problems with development, manufacturing, testing and production
3. Perform classical engineering analysis on designs, conduct engineering stress analysis, fatigue, vibration analysis using both conventional engineering analysis and through computer simulation
4. Provide direction and coordination of a team of engineers and designers to successfully complete maintenance tasks.

Job Requirement :

1. Bachelor Degree from Mechanical Engineering discipline
2. Having more than 7 years related experiences
3. Must possess superior engineering skills and be capable of interacting with all engineering disciplines.
4. Must have an advanced knowledge of mechanical engineering and design and be familiar with applicable Codes, standards, and acceptable industry practices.
5. Effective planning, organizing, delegating, and time management skills.
6. Good knowledge of Manufacturing Process
7. Computer Literate is a must
8. Good in English, both verbal and writing
