1. Vendor Acquisition Analyst

  • Job Location: None | Deadline: 30 Oktober 2016
  • Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Vendor Acquisition, you will be responsible for:
  1. Follow up on leads, call potential sellers to set appointments
  2. Schedule meetings with potential sellers
  3. Present Lazada Marketplace and convince sellers to start selling on Lazada
  4. Negotiate contract terms and structure deals
  5. Work with the rest of the Marketplace team to get images and text of the sellers products online
  6. Work with marketing to boost sales
  7. Build a greater Lazada Marketplace!  
  • Requirement
In order to succeed in this role, you should ideally have:
  1. Enthusiasm for Internet and its possibilities
  2. Strong communication & negotiation skills
  3. Good knowledge of English language
  4. Ability in working independent as well as team-working
  5. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Reporting to Category Management Leader, you will be responsible to:
  1. Uses Excel to extract and clean sales, assortment and stock data
  2. Generates daily reports and ad-hoc requests
  3. Coordinating with all supply management line manager for improving productivity for each department
  4. System testing if there is any new feature and give a feedback to line manager
  • Requirement

  • Functions:
  1. Operations
    • The heart of Lazada's Business where the key functions within Customer Experience, Vendor Operations, Content, Sourcing and Fulfillment work in tandem to provide customers a delightful experience.
  2. Commercial
    • The driver of Lazada business where Retail, Vendor Acquisition, Pricing, Category Management are key to ensuring a strong revenue stream and growth pipeline.
  3. Marketing
    • The face of Lazada where core functions such as Brand and Communications, Online Marketing, Partnerships, and Campaign Management are crucial to driving site traffic and ensuring we stay fresh and relevant to customers.
    • You will be exposed to 4 rotations within your selected field during the 24 months program with a minimum of 6 months in each assigned role. The rotation will allow you to broaden your understanding and gain in depth insights into te business to build a strong foundation and develop your technical and management skills.
